In last night’s play of the Manchester Youth Baseball Association, Star Physical Therapy defeated Lovelady Auto Parts 18 to 16 and Manchester Tire and Brake remained undefeated by winning over Cooper Sports 21 to 8 in 6U. Dr. J won over Freedom Automotive 19-17, while KKs got by Interstate Auto 14-13 in 8U. In 10U, it was Viam over First National Bank 14-13 and State Farm defeated Chico’s 15 – 13. First Vision Bank won over People’s bank 16-1, while Clower Automotive defeated Powers Storage 9-6 in 12U. In 18U, the Manchester Braves beat the Expos 5-3 and the Expos lost again in a second game to the Mets 7-2.
