National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is Oct. 24

The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications.

Tullahoma will be host to two sites, one at Walmart and the other at Walgreens. This provides an additional resource for citizens to dispose of unused or expired medication(s). Please no liquids or syringes.

The Coffee County Anti-Drug Coalition will be present at the Walgreens site. Drop off services will be available from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM Saturday October 24, 2020.

If you would like to dispose of medications any other time, the Tullahoma and Manchester Police Departments along with the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office and has a permanent drop box located in the lobby area available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
