New Update on the Deceased Female Located at Monteagle Business, she was Only 14

On Target News has learned more about the deceased female found Sunday morning in the Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant parking lot in Monteagle. The restaurant is located near the Marion/Franklin County line.

The TBI has identified the body that was found in Marion County over the weekend.

On Target News reported earlier that the female was 16 years old, but we have learned through the TBI that the teenager was only 14. The TBI has identified her as Nahomi Hernandez.

The TBI says the teen was found deceased by an off-duty Franklin County deputy in the parking lot of the restaurant on W. Main Street in Monteagle near the Marion/Franklin County line.

The cause of death has not been released.
