PERFECTION!! Munn throws Perfect Game in District Tournament Play

Keri Munn hurled a perfect game on Friday to lead the Coffee County Lady Raiders past Shelbyville 10-0. Munn struck out 12 on her night of perfection.

Lady Raiders racked up 15 hits on the day. Madison Pruitt, Haidyn Campbell, Olivia Evans, Chesnie Cox, and Kiya Ferrell all managed multiple hits on the night. Evans, Campbell, and Pruitt had three hits each to lead Coffee County. Ferrell had 3 RBI and Pruitt added two.

Munn for her perfect game and Pruitt for her offense were named Co-Crazy Daisies’ players of the game.

The Lady Raiders will take on Lawrence County in the next round of the District 8-AAA tournament on Tuesday night at 7pm. Tune in The Rooster 101.5 FM for the play-by-play action.
