The numbers reveal a surge in investment, job creation, and community engagement, painting a vibrant picture of a thriving urban center. According to the report, a staggering $18.5 million has been reinvested locally through a combination of public and private funds. This substantial financial infusion has fueled the rehabilitation of 22 buildings, breathing new life into the historic architecture that defines downtown McMinnville.

The economic impact extends beyond construction. Five new businesses have opened their doors in the district, creating over 27 new jobs and contributing to the area's burgeoning economy. This influx of businesses is expected to further enhance the downtown's appeal as a destination for both residents and visitors.

Community engagement has also played a pivotal role in the downtown’s success. Main Street McMinnville hosted 21 events, drawing an impressive 31,150 attendees.
