Coffee County Veterans Receive Donation from People’s Bank & Trust

On Tuesday, April 15, 2025, Kimberly King Commander of Veterans of Foreign Wars post 10904 and many other Coffee County Veterans, gathered at People’s Bank & Trust for a ceremonial check presentation.
At the recent Vietnam Era Veterans dinner (hosted at the Coffee County Veterans building located at 130 Shelton Road in Manchester). King spoke about recently meeting with People’s Bank & Trust to discuss collaborating (with the Post) on upcoming Memorial Day and Veterans Day projects. She said that at the meeting, People’s Bank President, Philip Callahan offered a generous donation to help with the dinner, after finding out how much it costs the VFW to present it to the community.
This check represented that donation.
