Drivers Kiosk Services Available at Manchester Library

The Coffee County Manchester Public Library started offering drivers kiosk services on April 1st. The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security kiosk will allow residents to renew or replace driver's licenses or photo identification, change addresses, update emergency contact information, advance graduated driver licenses, pay reinstatement fees, and renew or replace handgun carry permits.

The library announced the new service aims to provide convenience for residents needing to conduct driver-related transactions.
