Due to concerns for the safety of the attendees, performers and volunteers at the 41A Music Festival, the Kiwanis Club of Highland Rim has canceled Friday's activities due to the forecast of heavy rain. The group says it's excited, however, to move forward with Saturday's events. Festival Gates will open at 1:00 p.m. the kids zone will be open from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Chairs are welcome, but pets are not. There will be vendors and local businesses open.
