Phyllis Prater Remembered by Chamber

The McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce has renamed its Distinguished Citizen Award in honor of the late Phyllis Prater, a prominent community member.

The award, now the Phyllis Prater Distinguished Citizen Award, was presented to her family in recognition of her contributions to Warren County, particularly through Prater's BBQ.

According to a social media post by the Chamber, Prater's "kindness, dedication, and unwavering support" left a lasting impact on the community. The Chamber stated that her "spirit continues to inspire."
