Shelbyville's first Day of the Dead celebration will be hosted by The Fly Arts Center as "El Dia de los Muertos Arts & Souls Festival" on Saturday from 10am to 4pm. The center promises an interactive cultural learning and entertainment experience centered around a holiday that celebrates Hispanic culture and traditions with altars of remembrance, food, music, dancers, art, crafts, face painting and more. Admission is free.
