South Central Human Resource Agency will be having a USDA Commodity distribution from 9-10:30 a.m. Wednesday (November 6). It’s a drive-thru distribution at the Ada Wright Building in Manchester. For fastest service, please call or visit your local office at least 2 days prior to your county's distribution. You will need proof of SNAP benefits, TANF (Families First), SSI, LIHEAP (energy assistance), or proof of monthly income for all household members 18 or older when you come to the office to recertify. Clients not signed up in advance may still be eligible for a distribution package at the distribution site.
