One teenager was shot in Bedford County on Tuesday evening in what appears to be a road rage incident on Highway 41-A heading toward Coffee County. The unnamed female was listed critical condition at last report in Nashville hospital. injured following a road rage shooting in Bedford County.
The Bedford County Sheriff’s Office reports the female’s vehicle had three other teenagers inside. The other vehicle late a 1990’s or early 2000’s Saturn SUV was being driven by a male that shot at the teens through the back window.
The bullet penetrated through the headrest, striking the teenage female in the front passenger seat.
At last report the suspect was still at large.
