Tims Ford State Park has announced temporary trail closures as part of an ongoing natural resource management project. On Monday, March 3rd, and Tuesday, March 4th, all trails west of Tims Ford Drive and south of the Main Campground will be closed to the public for safety reasons.
Park officials have advised visitors to avoid these areas as heavy equipment will be in operation. In addition to the trail closures, intermittent road closures may occur as machinery is moved between locations.
