Tullahoma Police Seek Public’s Help in Search for Missing 26-Year-Old Man

The Tullahoma police department has enlisted the help of the public in the search for a 26 year old man reported missing. Cole Timothy Cowser is described as being 5'9 tall, blue eyes and short dirty blonde hair.
