The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) is now selling its annual collectible state waterfowl stamp, featuring the Best of Show artwork from the 2024 Tennessee Junior Duck Stamp Art Contest. This year’s stamp showcases Jessie Hindman’s acrylic painting of a male redhead duck. Hindman, 17, from Chattanooga, was chosen from 1,787 young artists.
The collectible stamp costs $11 and supports wetland conservation. It can be ordered on the TWRA website. While not required for hunting, the stamp raises awareness of wildlife conservation. All previous stamps since 1999 remain available for purchase.
