Phase 1 of I-24 bridge replacement at Exit 105 in Coffee County is continuing with the traffic signal still being utilized. The temporary traffic signal will remain in effect until 9/18/2024.
Nightly operations for setting beams over I-24 is forcing the interstate to be reduced to one lane in each direction while detouring I-24 traffic on the ramps at the exit 105 interchange. SR-2 will be fully closed at the I-24 interchange with signed detours in place. This nightly work is expected to last until 7/1/2024.
