Friday will be a big day in Winchester as the city celebrates Franklin County High School’s State girls soccer championship. There will be a students only pep rally in the morning at the school. A community parade happens at 1:00 p.m. with a community pep rally on the square at 1:30. It’s the first state title in program history, and the third team state championship in FCHS history for any sport and the first for the school since 1969.
