A 100,000-square-foot spec building located in the Coffee County Joint Industrial Park located on Hwy 55 between Manchester and Tullahoma will be sold by the Coffee County Industrial Board to an unnamed trust if all documents are approved.
The trust group found the price of $2.7 million acceptable, but there is no word on what type of facility would operate at the location.
