The strike at AEDC is over. The Air Engineering Metal Trades Council (AEMTC) met Wednesday night and reached a tentative agreement.
The AEMTC membership took three hours Friday morning, July 16, to vote in favor of the revised contract.
The nearly 700 workers will receive a 3% raise and they will keep their long-term disability benefits.
Depending on their schedules, union members will be back fully staffed by Wednesday July 21.
The new agreement is good for 3 years.
