The Tennessee Department of Health has confirmed additional cases and deaths related to COVID-19 across the state on Thursday, July 30.
The health department reported 2,049 new cases, bringing the state to 102,871 total cases, a 2% day-to-day increase since Wednesday. Of the total cases, 101,728 are confirmed and 1,143 are probable.
Tennessee’s seven-day new cases average decreased slightly for the second day in a row to 2,269 additional cases per day.
TDH also confirmed 13 additional deaths, bringing Tennessee up to 1,033 total deaths.
Out of the confirmed positive cases, 64,234 have recovered. Currently Tennessee has 37,604 active cases.
*Bedford County: 10 died; 808 confirmed/probable cases; 609 recovered; 189 active cases
*Coffee County: 0 died: 353 confirmed/probable cases; 165 recovered; 188 active cases
*Franklin County: 4 died; 242 confirmed/probable; 132 recovered; 106 active cases. Franklin County announced its fourth death due to COVID-19 on Thursday.
*Grundy County: 2 died; 94 confirmed/probable; 64 recovered; 28 active cases
*Lincoln County: 1 died; 226 confirmed/probable; 112 recovered; 113 active cases.
*Moore County: 0 died; 41 confirmed/probable; 28 recovered; 13 active cases
*Rutherford County: 49 died; 5,753 confirmed/probable; 3,008 recovered; 2,696 active cases.
*Warren County: 4 died; 349 confirmed/probable; 177 recovered; 169 active cases
