The Latest COVID-19 Cases at Area Long-Term Facilities

Tennessee Health Commissioner Dr. Lisa Piercey has announced restrictions at long-term care facilities would be loosened. The changes would allow outdoor and some indoor visitation. This would only apply to facilities with at least two weeks without any new COVID-19 cases.
The changes also allow facilities to offer an essential caregiver program. They must first be at least 28 days free of any new coronavirus cases.

The latest cases from nursing homes in Coffee County; Manchester Center For Rehab has 18 resident COVID-19 cases, 3 deaths have occurred and 11 staff cases, NHC in Tullahoma has 17 resident cases, 2 deaths and 8 staff cases. Life Care in Tullahoma has reported 18 staff members and 6 residents with COVID-19.

In Moore County, Lynchburg Nursing has 5 staff members and 3 residents.

In Warren County, Willow Branch Health and Rehab, formerly Raintree Manor has 2 resident COVID cases and 5 staff cases.
