Three new assistant coaches have been hired by Coffee County Central High School as of Tuesday. Parker Gunn will become an assistant for golf; Ashley Woods, a 2018 alumnae of CCHS in soccer, will join the staff of the Lady Raider soccer program, and Kyle Douglas will be an assistant baseball coach. Douglas told On Target Sports he was “happy to be back as a Red Raider.” He had played baseball for Brent Whitlock and graduated in 2014. Douglas signed to play college baseball at Freed-Hardeman University, and was the head baseball coach at LaVergne High School in 2020.
