We’ll get an extra hour of sleep this weekend, but that means less daylight as we head into the colder months.
Daylight saving time begins the first Sunday in November. On Nov. 6 at 2 a.m. don’t forget to turn your clocks back one hour.
As you fall back, it’s also a good idea to change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. It’s recommended to change these batteries twice a year.
