Tullahoma Wildcats lost the lead late in a 6-5 defeat to Lincoln County on Wednesday. The game was tied at four with Lincoln County batting in the bottom of the fifth when Chants Atchley singled on a 1-2 count, scoring two runs.
Tullahoma got things moving in the second inning. Colton Emory doubled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.
Ben Davis led the Lincoln County to victory on the mound. The bulldog allowed two hits and one run over five and two-thirds innings, striking out two and walking zero.
James Sells took the loss for Tullahoma. The pitcher allowed eight hits and six runs over four and a third innings, striking out three and walking zero.

Brody Melton, Jacob Dixon, Joseph Duncan, and Emory each collected one hit to lead the Wildcats.
Lincoln County tallied eight hits. Nate Mcadams and Colton Monks each racked up multiple hits for Lincoln County.
