Numbers from the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development show decreases in unemployment for each of Tennessee’s 95 counties.
Coffee County went down by over 5 percent. Going from 19.8 in April to 14.2 percent in May.
Warren County fell to 17.6 percent after 25.1 percent in April and Grundy County went from 24.7 to 17.4 percent.
In Rutherford County their unemployment rate for May was 12.7 after being 16.7 percent in April.
Down in Moore County their rate dropped from 12.2 to 9.4 and Lincoln County’s rate took a fall, going from 16.2 in April to 11.8 in May.
Franklin County’s unemployment rate was 21 percent for April, but fell to 14.3 in May and Bedford County went down to 13.9 in May after being 18.6 in April.
