Becker’s Hospital Review has developed a list of the most highly rated hospitals in the South in terms of patient experience, and our very own Unity Medical Center in Manchester was awarded a place on this list. Each hospital chosen by Becker’s Hospital Review is chosen using a review system called HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers Systems.)
This rating system uses information about various aspects of the patient care process to supply the rating given to each facility. In Becker’s Hospital Review list there are only 3 total hospitals rated as a 5-star facility in Tennessee, Unity Medical Center being one of those to receive a 5-star rating.
