UPDATE-Fatal Accident in Coffee County

A two-vehicle crash occurred on Wednesday afternoon near the Beechgrove area on Hwy 41. According to a report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol, a 2003 Nissan driven by 64 year-old Timothy Green of Beechgrove was traveling south on Hwy 41.

A 2017 Ford was driven by 32 year-old Stephanie McGoldrick of Manchester was traveling north.

According to THP Green’s vehicle crossed the double-yellow line and struck the McGoldrick vehicle.

Green died from injuries received in the crash. McGoldrick was injured, but THP did not indicate the extent of those injuries.
