Update on Bonnaroo Tickets

We wanted to take a moment to provide you with a status update on Bonnaroo 2020. This year’s festival has been rescheduled to September 24-27,2020, and your tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. We hope that you will hang on to your tickets and join us in Manchester this fall.

We understand that as a community some of us are facing challenging times; we hear you and know that our hearts are with you. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled dates, we are now offering the opportunity to request a full refund.

Refunds may be requested beginning May 1, 2020 starting at 9 am ET by following the instructions below.

Requests must be received by May 31, 2020 at 11:59 pm ET.

Refunds will be processed in as little as 30 days following the May 31 deadline. Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

To request a refund on all standard admission + accommodations/parking tickets purchased via Front Gate tickets. Please Click HERE.

To request a refund on all tickets purchased via Pollen / Ambassador Click HERE.


How to request a refund with Front Gate:

  • Click the above link to direct you to the correct Front Gate Tickets purchase site and log into your Front Gate Tickets account
  • Select the “Your Account” button and then “Order History” at the top navigation bar. This will take you to your ticket purchase.
  • Select “View Order Detail” on the order number you wish to have refunded.
  • Click the “REQUEST REFUND” button at the top of your order details. It will automatically initiate the process to refund that ticket order.

If you are part of FEVO or are working with LYTE for a ticket exchange, you also qualify for a refund. FEVO and LYTE will reach out to you directly with information on how to request a refund.

Lucky has done play-by-play for 3,993 (and counting) sports events on Radio & TV. He also served four years as the Public Information Officer for the Coffee Co. Sheriff's Dept. and taught Radio/TV for six years at Grundy County High School.
