Updated Tennessee COVID-19 Numbers for July 2, 2020

The Tennessee Department of Health has confirmed additional cases of COVID-19 across the state on Thursday, July 2, 2020. The health department reported 1,575 new cases, bringing the state to 46,890 total cases.

TDH also confirmed 11 additional deaths, bringing Tennessee’s total to 620.

Out of the total positive cases, 28,938 have recovered, which calculates to 17,332 active cases in Tennessee.

*Bedford County: 5 died; 520 confirmed/probable cases; 390 recovered; 3,731 negative tests

*Coffee County: 0 died: 115 confirmed/probable cases; 91 recovered; 4,029 negative tests

*Franklin County: 3 died; 82 confirmed/probable; 59 recovered; 2,917 negative tests

*Grundy County: 1 died; 58 confirmed/probable; 50 recovered; 912 negative tests

*Lincoln County: 0 died; 58 confirmed/probable; 44 recovered; 2,138 negative tests

*Moore County: 0 died; 10 confirmed/probable; 6 recovered; 516 negative tests

*Rutherford County: 35 died; 2,733 confirmed/probable; 1,236 recovered; 21,576 negative tests

*Warren County: 0 died; 69 confirmed/probable; 34 recovered; 3,059 negative tests
