Weapons and Drugs discovered after Search Warrant issued executed in Franklin County

On Tuesday January 11th Franklin County Sheriff’s Office personnel, in conjunction with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, executed a search warrant at 489 Benson LN. Belvidere, TN.

Law enforcement discovered approximately 14.2 ounces of what is believed to be methamphetamine, various pills, a green plantlike substance believed to be marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Law Enforcement also recovered several firearms from the scene.

Eric Douglas Maxwell

Taken into custody were Eric Douglas Maxwell (489 Benson Lane Belvidere, TN) was charged with Manufacture/Sell of a Schedule II (meth), Possession of a Schedule I substance, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange of a Schedule IV and Simple Possession of a Schedule VI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia as well as Unlawful Carry or Possession of a Weapon. Maxwell had a $75,000 bond and has a court date set for Monday April 11th in Franklin County General Sessions Court.

April Danielle Shields

April Danielle Shields (1404 Stratton Road Huntland, TN.) was taken into custody and charged with Possession of a Schedule I substance. Shields had a $5,000 bond and a court date set for Monday April 11th in Franklin County General Sessions Court.
