West Middle Takes Two From Westwood

West Middle School and Westwood Middle tangled in pair of games on Saturday afternoon.  West Middle would come away with two victories.  In girls action, West defeated the Lady Rockets 37-27.  Jules Ferrell led the way for Westwood with 12 points.  In the boys contest, West jumped put to a 29-18 halftime lead and then pulled away to a 52-27 win.  Justus Haggard led West with 13 points while Jayden Carter dropped in 7 to lead the Rockets.  West will travel to play at Coffee County Middle School on Monday night.  Westwood will take on Ezell Harding on Monday.
