Westwood Elementary Student Earns Visit from Tennessee Titan Jeffery Simmons

Tennessee Titans Defensive End Jeffery Simmons celebrated Sunday’s big win over the Colts with some ‘Take a Titan 2 School’ winners including one from Manchester.

Fifth grader Cole Watson of Westwood Elementary School heard words of encouragement from Simmons in the virtual visit. Simmons told Watson and the other 5th graders to stay focused on school and academics. He said, “If those things come first, everything else will fall into place.”

The program is presented by WKRN-TV in Nashville and students can enter submitting a 30-second video telling why they should be able to take a Titan to school!
