The Winchester Police Department is investigating the theft of a boat from a boat dock behind a residence on North Porter Street in Winchester.
The boat is a Lowe Stinger 175 with a 60hp mercury outboard. The boat has a gray hull, black or gray carpet, and a black motor guide trolling motor. The boat’s value is estimated at $20,000.00.
