A Warren County woman, 44 year-old Lisa Ann Pease Roach, 44, was recently indicted on charges of second-degree murder and delivery of a schedule II drug (methadone). She was arrested on Friday on the charges after she allegedly distributed a drug resulting in the overdose death of a 36 year-old female.
This is the first time someone in Warren County has been charged with murder in this type of case.
Roach was released from jail after posting a $100,000 bond.
