Woodbury Man Sentenced to Jail for involvement in Capital Protest in 2021

A Woodbury man has been sentenced to three months in jail followed by one year of supervised release for his actions during the Jan. 6 Capitol protests.

Matthew Baggott will have to complete 60 hours of community service and pay a restitution of $500.

Baggott pleaded guilty to one count of disruptive and disorderly conduct in a restricted building or grounds.
