Coffee, Franklin and Lincoln Counties Boys and Girls Golf Teams Compete in 9-Hole Golf Match

At the Bear Trace at Tims Ford in Winchester on Tuesday afternoon Coffee, Franklin, and Lincoln counties played a 9-hole golf match.

In the boys’ match, the Red Raiders picked up two wins with a score of 166, followed by the Rebels at 181 and the Falcons shot 214. Jack Stowe and Beau Murray led Coffee County with 41s, and Jackson Shemwell and Brady Daugherty scored 42 each. Chase Towry of Franklin County shot the overall low round of the day with a 38. Rebels Brady Hall and Brady Metcalf both scored 47s, and Jackson Lynch finished at 49. Lincoln County was led by Cole Schneid with a 51.

In girls’ play, Lincoln County got two wins, and Franklin County slipped past Coffee County for one win. The Lady Falcons scored 93, Rebelettes 103, and the Lady Raiders scored 105.
