On May 1, 2024, Sergeant Douglas Carson with the Moore County Sheriff’s Department conducted a vehicle stop, and an investigation led to the arrest of the driver, Stephen Jacobs of Tullahoma, and Lacy Carver of Lynchburg for the following:
Stephen Jacobs-
-Possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony.
-Convicted Felon in possession of a firearm.
-Manufacture, deliver, sale of methamphetamine.
-Possession of drug paraphernalia.
-Driving on a revoked license.
Lacy Carver-
-Possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony.
-Manufacture, deliver, sale of methamphetamine.
-Possession of drug paraphernalia.
-Simple possession (Alprazolam).
The following evidence was seized:
2 handguns, 6.1 grams methamphetamine, digital scales, 3 syringes, 1 alprazolam, 6 unknown capsules.
