At Riverbend Golf Course in Shelbyville on Tuesday, a 3-way match was held between Coffee County, Lincoln County, and Shelbyville Central. The Red Raider boys came away with a pair of wins as they shot 168 in the 9-hole event. Shelbyville carded a 191, and Lincoln County fired a 203 on the day. Coffee County’s Noah Costello and Jackson Shemwell put up the best scores on the day with rounds of 39 and 42, respectively. Other counting scores were Jack Stowe, 43, and Brady Daugherty shot 44.
Shelbyville was led by Corban Crowe, who carded a 43. Lincoln County’s low scores were Cason Sanchez and Dylan Gentry, with 49’s each.
On the girls’ side, Lincoln County bested the Lady Raiders 78-107. Araya Hughes led the way with a round of 52, and Leah Kate Sullivan had a 56 for the Lady Raiders. The Lady Falcons were led by Addie Neal’s strong 9-hole score of 39, and her sister Amie Neal carded a 41.
