The Tennessee National Guard has conducted more than 500,000 COVID-19 tests since the pandemic started.
On March 23, the governor requested 250 Soldiers and Airmen from the Tennessee National Guard to stop the spread of COVID-19. Since the pandemic started, more than 500 Soldiers and Airmen are helping support Tennessee’s fight against the virus.
Soldiers and Airmen have administered tests and helping the Department of Health at 21 locations across the state.
The Airmen and Soldiers have been risking their own health and lives to help others.
