Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee and the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) Commissioner David Salyers announced two loans totaling $3,925,000 for the City of Huntland in Franklin County to improve water infrastructure. Grundy County Authorities Continue to Investigate Fake Drugs and Deadly Overdoses
Grundy County Sheriff Clint Shrum says his department continues to work multiple cases of drug overdoses, some deadly. His investigators have tentatively identified the source as fentanyl put in other drugs. Specifically, in fake Codeine and Xanax pills. Last week, Shrum reported six overdoses in just 10 days.
