In November of 2022, the Manchester, TN, Board of Mayor and Alderman selected Lisa Myers to serve the city as the finance director. Just over a year later, Myers resigned, citing “personal reasons.” According to sources at City Hall, Myers plans to stay with the City of Manchester until her replacement is found.
Myers came to the city from Motlow State Community College, where she had served as assistant vice president for business and finance for two years. Before that, she served as finance director for Coffee County Schools.
