Hike To Horsepound Falls

Join South Cumberland’s Seasonal Interpretive Recreator, William, on a 4 mile hike through the Collins West Gulf trail to Horsepound Falls in Gruetli-Laager, TN on July 10, 2020. During the hike, we will be discussing the native plants and animals that reside in this forest along with some brief history of the park. We will be meeting in the Collins West parking lot at 9:00AM CT. Participants should bring proper footwear such as tennis shoes or hiking boots. Participants should also have bug spray/ sunscreen and a bottle of water. Be sure to prepare for the weather on the day of the hike and bring items accordingly. The group size is going to be limited, so make sure to sign up before attending.
