In a follow-up to a story On Target News reported on Monday, Lori Stokes Peels, age 51, from Bedford County, died following a head-on collision on Highway 82 near the Moore County, Bedford County line on Friday night.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol, the two vehicles were traveling on Highway 82 when Corbin Springer, age 21, crossed the yellow center line in a Dodge Avenger and struck the Pell’s Dodge Caravan Minivan head-on.
