Patriot Day Ceremony is Monday in Manchester

The Coffee County Veterans Association will host their annual Patriot Day Ceremony in rememberance of 9/11 at the Post on Shelton Road in Manchester on Monday. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m., followed by the ceremony around 6:30 p.m.

The Coffee County Veterans Association will honor about 12 individuals. Claude Morse and George Chambers will be hosting the ceremony for us.

Also, veterans, if you have a photo of yourself in uniform, please bring it. They are collecting veteran photos for the Coffee County Veterans Photo Project.

Sheriff's Dept. and taught Radio/TV for six years at Grundy County High School.
