On Saturday, the Coffee County baseball team lost to Friendship Christian 6-4 in 8 innings.
Trevor Jesse had three hits for the Raiders, an RBI, and a run scored. Cole Pippenger added two hits.
Matt Moore took the difficult loss in the extra innings game.
In game two on Saturday, Coffee County and Hendersonville tied 7-7 due to the two-hour time limit.
Nate Rutledge and Colter Neel each had a hit and 2 RBI in the game against the Commandos. Rutledge added 4 stolen bases to his team-high 16 on the season.
The Raiders will travel to Shelbyville on Monday. You can hear the game on WHMT 105.1 or 95.9 beginning at 6:25 PM. On Tuesday, Coffee County will host the Eagles, and Rooster 101.5 will be on hand for the broadcast.
