Serious Crash Shut Down I-24 in Coffee County on Thursday

A serious crash occurred on Interstate 24 eastbound around 11:45 Thursday morning. The multi-vehicle crash occurred at Mile Marker 105 in Coffee County.

Traffic was backed up for several miles as the Tennessee Highway Patrol reported that all lanes were blocked. Troopers rerouted as much traffic as possible onto Hwy 41 at Exit 97.

No other information is available at this time as we wait for THP reports to be filed.
