Update on Shelbyville Basketball Player

We have an update on Kyler Trice. He is the basketball player for the Shelbyville Golden Eagles, who collapsed in the locker room during halftime of Tuesday night’s basketball game against Lincoln County. He received lifesaving medical attention at the gym in Fayetteville and then flown to Vanderbilt in Nashville.

Trice was taken off the ventilator late Wednesday night, and his vitals are looking good. He was able to have a few sips of water Thursday morning, and he was watching TV.

His family reports that things are looking better; however, they ask for continued prayers for Kyler and his medical team.
