A bill that would remove licensing requirements for people in several different occupations has been filed for introduction into the Tennessee General Assembly by State Rep. Martin Daniel and Tullahoma State Sen. Janice Bowling.
The bill would deregulate licensing requirements for the numerous jobs, including accountants, barbers, cosmetologists, plumbers, contractors, funeral directors, real estate brokers, auctioneers, tattoo artists and many more.
The bill requires that a written agreement be entered into by both parties prior to any work commencing.
