Stolen Vehicle Used in another Crime in Winchester

On Saturday, January 27, 2024, a report was filed with the Winchester Police Department about a gold 2008 BMW X5 being stolen from 94 Dry Fork Drive in Winchester.

Further investigation revealed the vehicle left Twins Creek Village at 12:14 AM on Saturday. It is believed the vehicle was used during the commission of a vehicle burglary on Lakeland Court around 1:54 AM.

In the video, two individuals are seen getting out and then returning to the vehicle. Later in the morning, the vehicle was seen on camera driving through the yard of a residence on Overlook Court.

On Sunday, January 28, the vehicle was located, abandoned, and vandalized on Twins Creeks property.
