City elections were planned for Manchester and Tullahoma on August 1, 2024. However, after a request from Tullahoma city leaders, the Tennessee State House and Senate approved a change to the Tullahoma city charter.
With the change, Tullahoma’s city election will be held on Tuesday, November 5, the same date as the presidential election. The Manchester election will not change.
According to Andy Farrar, the Administrator of Elections in Coffee County, all candidates who previously qualified will have to re-qualify along with anyone else who wants to run.
